ILOILO City – Vergel Ferrer has been charged with two counts of murder.
The 46-year-old resident of Barangay San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras was arrested on Monday.
Officers of the Jordan police station served him a warrant of arrest at 11:31 a.m.
The court did not set a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Ferrer was detained in the Jordan police station lockup cell./PN
