ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay Camambugan, Dingle, Iloilo around 5:20 p.m. on Aug. 22.
Leslie Jaruda, 46, was a resident of Barangay Cali, Dumangas, Iloilo. He was charged with frustrated murder, a police report showed.
The No. 3 wanted man in Dingle, Jaruda was detained in the lockup cell of the Dingle municipal police station./PN
