BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay 2 was detained at Police Station 2.
Rogie Baron, 26, was caught with alleged shabu in a buy-bust operation in his house, police said.
Eight sachets were recovered from him around 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 22.
