ANTIQUE – A farmer listed as this province’s No. 6 most wanted person for the crime of lascivious conduct was arrested in Barangay Tigbalogo, Patnongon town, at around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 16.
The 36-year-old alias “Ariel,” a resident of Patnongon, was caught by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Antique Provincial Field Unit together with the Patnongon Municipal Police Station (MPS).
The operation was carried out through the strength of a warrant of arrest for the crime of lascivious conduct under Section 5 (B) of Republic Act (RA) 7610 as amended by RA 116 (2 counts), issued and signed at Bugasong, Antique dated October 14, 2025.
The suspect was detained at the Patnongon MPS. The court recommended a bail amounting to P180,000.00 in each count for his temporary liberty./PN
