BACOLOD City – Police arrested a “high-value” target in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Mansilingan.
Reynaldo Gracilla, 45, was caught around 6:30 p.m. on March 16, police said.
Recovered from his possession were four plastic sachets of suspected shabu valued at P47,600 and P500 marked money.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 7, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
