BACOLOD City – Seven individuals were caught engaging in alleged illegal cockfighting in Barangay Mansilingan.
Residents Joemarie Melendres, 51; Fernando Cabilete, 52; Louie Avelino, 44; and Robeth Segovia, 32, were arrested around 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 8, a police report showed.
Recovered from their possession were two game fowls, two gaffs and P600 bet money.
