BACOLOD City – Charged with oral defamation, a man was arrested in Barangay Bulad, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Policemen of Isabela served resident John Rey Estilloso, 31, a warrant of arrest and took him to the municipal police station around 11:30 a.m. on Nov.23.
Judge Lynette Eusebio of Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Isabela-Moises Padilla issued the warrant and set a bail of P18,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if Estilloso was able to post bail./PN
