ILOILO – The No. 5 most wanted person in Leganes town was apprehended
Alias “Muroy”, 73 years old and a resident of Sitio Pangpang, Barangay Guinobatan, Leganes, was charged with violation of Republic Act 7610 for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor on Feb. 13, 2013.
The suspect was caught by elements of the Leganes Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by officer-in-charge, Police Lieutenant John Robles, around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 8.
“Subong lang ini nadakpan kay daw napalagyuhan niya ini. Nagpa-Manila ini ang suspect kag subong lang nakapuli diri,” said Police Staff Sergeant Emmanuel Maude of Leganes MPS.
The suspect was detained at the Leganes MPS.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
“Sa subong nagahulat ini sila magpyansa kag ang ginikanan sang biktima nga ni wala naman may mahimo kay bailable man ang kaso kag naga-negotiate man ang mga pamilya nila sang duha ka bahin subong,” Maude added./PN
