BACOLOD City – A man was found dead in the mountainous area of Sitio Agogolo, Barangay Macagahay, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The body of 38-year-old resident Jesse Silva was discovered around 2 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Police said Silva’s family refused a post mortem examination which could determine the man’s cause of death./PN
