BACOLOD City — Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) member Renato Malabor of the 5th District is the “richest” among Board members, with a net worth of P28,747,660.91, his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) showed.
Renato Gustilo of the 1st District, on the other hand, is the “poorest,” with a net worth of only P700,000, according to copies of SALNs made available to the media by SP secretary Maki Angel Ascalon.
Malabor has real properties worth P13,118,000 and personal properties, P16,629,660.91; his liabilities amounted to P1,100,000.
Gustilo identified as personal property only a Hyundai vehicle, acquired in 2012, worth P700,000, and did not declare any real property and liability.
Following Malabor was Pedro Zayco Jr. of the 6th District, with a net worth of P25,552,916.99. His real properties were worth P18,710,721.60; personal properties, P7,345,000; and liabilities, P502,804.61.
Vice Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson has a net worth of P1,878,247.34; personal properties, P2,302,407.34; real properties, none; and liabilities, P424,160.

Benitez has a net worth of P713,875,030; real properties, P459,419,415; personal properties, P361,500,241; liabilities, P107,044,626. Ledesma has a net worth of P617,325,558; real properties, P28,000,000; personal properties, P714,975,558.46; liabilities, P125,650,000.
