BACOLOD City – A man drowned in the sewer at the back of their house in Purok 5, Barangay Caliling, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Ryan Jay Galumalim was a 21-year-old epileptic. His body was found by his parents around 12:30 p.m. on July 19.
