BACOLOD City – A senior citizen was believed to have drowned in a swamp in Barangay 2, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the victim as 63-year-old fisherman Alexander Agito.
His body was found by Joan Urbanozo around 3 a.m. on April 28, police said.
The victim was brought to the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental where the attending physician pronounced him dead.
Police have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
