DUMALAG, Capiz – In Barangay San Rafael here, a man hacked his elder brother with a bolo.
As this was being written, the whereabouts of suspect Ariel Biaco were unknown, according to the Dumalag police station.
Biano attacked elder brother Anthony during an argument, police said.
Anthony was taken to the Dao District Hospital. He had wounds on the arms and back.
It was unclear what the brothers were arguing about.
Anthony was drunk at the time of the hacking, police said./PN
