BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of direct assault, a 21-year-old man was apprehended in Barangay 2, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Jory Peroso was a resident of the city’s Barangay Mambulac.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9 a.m. on June 16.
Judge Eunice Cuansing of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities signed the order of arrest with a bail fixed at P36,000.
The suspect was detained at the Silay City police station./PN
