ILOILO City – A man went missing after jumping off a ship between Iloilo City and Puerto Princesa City, Palawan around 12:48 p.m. on July 13.
Mark Ronnel Alido, 25, was a resident of Alimodian, Iloilo.
His aunt, Remia Baldon, 58, of Jaro district here reported her nephew’s case to Police Precinct 1 right after MV Milagrosa reached the port of Iloilo.
The ship was near Dumaran Island when Alido made the dive, said Baldon.
She had no idea why he did that, Baldon said.
The ship’s crew conducted a rescue operation but failed to find Alido./PN
