KALIBO – A man accidentally shot two of his fellow cara y cruz players at a wake in Barangay Mobo, Kalibo on Sunday, March 3.
The victims were Ruffo Tayco, 44, and Jay Victoriano, 45. The suspect was Louie Torre, of legal age. All are residents of the barangay.
According to the Kalibo police, an argument broke out between the suspect and other players.
Tayco, who was hit in the knee, and Victoriano, who sustained an injury to his nose, were rushed to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Torre voluntarily surrendered to the authorities./PN
