BACOLOD City – A fugitive for murder was arrested in his residence in Barangay Luna, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Reynando Aguirre, 48, was taken to the police station around 4:15 p.m. on Oct. 5.
Judge Gwendolyn Jemenea of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 issued the arrest warrant with no bail recommended./PN
