CAPIZ – From 12, 248 confirmed cases, this province has one active case of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) left.
As of April 9 data was released by the Capiz Provincial Health Office (PHO), the town of Panay is the only local government in the province which has the remaining active case of COVID-19.
The lone active case is asymptomatic.
Capiz is composed of Roxas City, as a component city, and 16 municipalities.
Meanwhile, a total of 11, 829 cases in the province have recovered while 518 have died.
Capiz is currently under Alert Level 1./PN
