ROXAS City β A total of 5,585 residents here have been vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), data from the City Health Office as of June 18 showed.
These residents belonged to Priority Group A (healthcare workers, senior citizens, adults with comorbidities).
Of these persons, 1,634 were considered fully vaccinated for having received two doses already; 3,951 have yet to get their second dose.
βWala kita nagkulang sa pagpakig-angut sa natungdan nga mga ahensya sang gobyerno nasyonal agud madugangan ang COVID-19 vaccines sa aton,β said Mayor Ronnie Dadivas.
Majority of the 5,585 vaccinated individuals were healthcare workers β 1,379 already completed their two doses while 1,993 are still waiting for their second dose.
As for the vaccinated senior citizens, 132 already completed their two doses while 985 are still waiting for their second dose.
βAko nagalaum nga sa masunod nga mga inadlaw, magasunod-sunod na ang pag-abot sang bakuna sa Roxas City bangud ini man ang gin promisa sang Department of Health,β said Dadivas.
For adults with comorbidities, 123 already completed their two doses while 973 are still waiting for their second dose.
Dadivas urged those who have not yet been vaccinated to register through the Vaccination Form Online https://tinyurl.com/RoxasCityVax or coordinate with their Barangay Health Workers./PN
