BACOLOD City – The No. 3 most wanted person in Pontevedra, Negros Occidental was arrested in the town’s Barangay Don Salvador Benedicto.
Facing murder charges, 37-year-old Roque Guanga was caught around 8 a.m. on June 16.
Judge Cyclamen Fernandez of Regional Trial Court, Branch 63 (La Carlota City, Negros Occidental) issued the arrest warrant with no bail recommended.
