ILOILO City – They allegedly sold illegal drugs.
Joebert Dorona and Ronnie Azucena were nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Bacjawan Sur, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Prior to their arrest, Azucena and Dorona sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer.
Thirteen more sachets of suspected shabu worth P15,000 were recovered during their arrest around 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, a police report showed.
Detained in the lockup cell of the Concepcion police station, the suspects face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
