BACOLOD City – Charged with reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property, a man was caught in Barangay Lina-on, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 49-year-old resident Deogracias Cuenca.
Cuenca was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3 p.m. on Sept. 1, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Cauayan municipal police station.
The court recommended a P60,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
