BACOLOD City – In Barangay 1, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, a man was found dead.
Conrado Ramos, 67, a resident of the village, was suffering from tuberculosis, a police report showed.
His body was discovered around 1 p.m. on Oct. 25.
Responding policemen did not find any wounds on Ramos’ body suggestive of murder.
They ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
