BACOLOD City –Suspected shabu weighing about 12 grams valued at around P81,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bata.
The 37-year-old Renato Tayopon yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
Tayopon was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 4 p.m. on Aug. 5, the police added
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 3.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
