BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man charged with three counts of statutory rape in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The 40-year-old resident Leo Tacio was arrested on Nov. 9 around 2:3 p.m.
Armed with an arrest warrant, the Silay City police force and intelligence units of the Negros Occidental provincial police and regional police office staged Tacio’s apprehension.
The suspect was detained at the Silay City police station custodial facility.
No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
