BACOLOD City – A man, who was believed to have committed suicide, was found dead in his residence in Barangay Sum-ag.
Jedy Ian Bescaser was found by his wife hanging with a rope tied around his neck at 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, a police report showed.
Officers of Police Station 9 were investigating the incident./PN
