THE QUOTE from Groucho Marx , “Those are my principles, and if you don’t like them…well, I have others” could be updated to a potential Donald Trump quote, “If you don’t like my statistician’s results, I can fire them and get others.”
He hasn’t actually said that but it might be his thinking.
Facts are facts. You can’t improve them by getting someone else to announce them or at least not in a sane world.

Cheats never prosper nor lose weight
The effort to keep our bodies in as good a condition as possible is something we all face at some times. Some matters are treatable, but my hair has gone and baldness is the outcome.
I also want to lose weight as my hip is aching and I know diet and exercise are the best ways for me to achieve this, not some drug.
Those who can afford the “weight loss” medicines, rather than those that need them, are using them for weight management. The problem is that people can’t seem to stop when they get to a desired weight as it will most likely come back, so they must continue using the medicine.
To the nonmedical person like me that sounds similar to a drug addict’s plight.
Don’t cheat. Use medicine as your doctor prescribes. It’s in your own interest.

More money than sense
It seemed hard to beat Donald Trump’s 1,000% discount as a math error but then Eric Trump stepped up.
In reference to the new Trump golf course, Eric stated that it was wonderful because, “We had an unlimited budget and we exceeded it.” Quite an achievement!
This all sounds funny until you consider who is in charge of the US and its economy.

Three was enough
It appears that for once Donald Trump hasn’t dropped the ball but rather one of his team members has, specifically his caddie, who is shown dropping a golf ball in a better position.
Is there anything worse than a golf cheat?
Well, yes actually, and President Trump has been accused of a lot worse things but only a legal court decision can confirm them.
The caddie isn’t the only one that has dropped the ball a lot recently. The growing vaccine skepticism promoted by R.F. Kennedy Jr. is dangerous and more people will become ill.
The imposition of tariffs on the Heard Island penguins will become a case study in future economics courses. The hiding / loss / destruction (?) of the Epstein Files will be used as an example of how to draw attention to something you want to hide.
Once there were three stooges providing entertainment to all, but now there are hundreds of stooges creating fear for all.

Math matters
As a retired math teacher I am both amused and horrified by US President Donald Trump’s math failure. He is going to reduce pharmaceutical prices by up to 1,000%
If you have one whole object you have 100% of it. If you cut 10% off you still have 90% and so on. The most you can get rid off is 100% or all of it.
Not even Trump can do more than that and to say so is either ignorance or lying, or maybe in this case both.
Please have someone check your calculations and don’t be surprised if the next insurrection is from a bunch of math teachers./PN
