KAPUSO actor Tom Rodriguez shared a glimpse of his new family in his latest Instagram post on June 5. The “My Husband’s Lover” star didn’t show the faces of his loved ones to keep their privacy.
Tom previously shared that he is seeing someone outside of the showbiz industry and is a father to a baby boy named Korben.
“Some treasures in life are too sacred to put on full display. This isn’t about hiding… it’s about holding,” he wrote.
The Kapuso star added that his family is a reminder of who he is outside the entertainment industry and he is “most real” with them.
“Holding close [to] what grounds me. What restores me. What reminds me of who I am beyond the lights, the noise, and the roles I play,” he added.
“This family of mine is my sanctuary… My peace. And in a world that often demands a performance, they are where I’m most real,” he ended.
All of the shots that Tom posted on his Instagram didn’t show any face from both his son and his partner. In one of the photos, the actor was seen smiling in front of the camera while his non-showbiz partner and his son were facing the wall.
Fans expressed their happiness seeing the actor move forward with his life. Other netizens hope that they could see the faces of his new family in the future.
Previously, Tom opened up about the inspiration behind his son’s name –– an anagram of the word broke.
“‘Cause David’s covenant with the Lord was his broken soul and he brought it back to him, parang binuo niya uli, so Korben is an anagram for broken,” he previously said.
Tom previously tied the knot to actress Carla Abellano but parted ways less than a year into their marriage. He then moved to the United States for a time before making his way back to the Philippines. (Push Team)
