BACOLOD City – A tricycle driver died while his passenger was injured in a traffic accident in Barangay 1, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police said Andresito Piernas Jr. (driver) and Rodolfo Gatungay Jr., both residents of the village, were heading northward when their vehicle hit a dump truck running the opposite direction.
The accident happened around 8:37 a.m. on Aug. 31.
