BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Villamonte was apprehended in a drug buy-bust operation.
He was 33-year-old John Paul Cardinas, a police report showed.
Cardinas allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer for P500.
When frisked, the suspect yielded more sachets of the prohibited substance weighing about 4.5 grams valued at around P30,600.
Operatives of Police Station 4 staged the entrapment operation around 8:20 p.m. on Nov. 17.
Cardinas was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
