BACOLOD City – A 27-year-old man was shot in Barangay Villamonte.
Resident Joel Torremoro was recuperating at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, a police report showed.
He sustained gunshot wounds on the hand and body.
Toting Vallidor – also a resident of the village – was tagged suspect.
According police investigation, a heated argument ensued between Vallidor and Torremoro prior to the shooting around 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 25. It was, however, unclear what triggered the altercation as of this writing.
Officers of Police Station 4 conducted a manhunt operation against the suspect, who fled after the incident./PN
