BACOLOD City – A man accused of rape was arrested in his house in Barangay Pacol, Bago City, Negros Occidental on Sept. 27.
Police served a warrant of arrest to 28-year-old Niño Emmanuel Noble around 10:20 a.m.
Judge Mila Camiso of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 74 recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Noble was detained at the Bago City police station./PN
