BACOLOD City – Elements of the Regional Intelligence Unit of Negros Island Region, Region 18 and Police Station 4 arrested a 32-year-old wanted person on Tuesday in CL Montelibano, Homesite, Barangay Villamonte in this city.
Three arrest warrants were served on Timothy James Santibañes, a resident of the place.
Senior Inspector Elmer Bonilla said the suspect is charged for violation of RA 7610 with bail bond of P80,000; and sections 5 and 6 of RA 9262 (Anti-violence Against Women and Their
Children Act of 2004) with bail bond of P6,000 and P12,000, respectively./PN
