BACOLOD City – Police caught a Barangay Granada resident for allegedly collecting bets for the illegal numbers game jai-alai.
John Patrick Silvestre, 33, was arrested on Thursday. He was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 5.
Police seized from the suspect tally sheets with number combinations, a yellow pad with number combinations, a ball pen, and P230 bet money./PN
