SAN JOSE, Antique – A collector of a lending company was killed after a 10-wheeler truck ran over him around 9:30 a.m. yesterday in Barangay Lapaz, Hamtic, Antique.
Hamtic municipal police identified the victim as the 27-year-old Joeffrey Anticamara of Makilala, North Cotabato.
From what the police gathered so far, the 33-year-old Rio Fiebre was driving the truck on the national road in the village when Anticamara – on board a motorcycle – overtook.
Fiebre, a resident of Barangay Jangulob, Dumarao, Capiz, surrendered to the Hamtic police station.
Police were still investigating the incident./PN
