BACOLOD City – He was not as lucky as his elder brother.

The 40-year-old Walter Gain was pronounced “dead on arrival” at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital after he was shot in their house in Purok Mahimulaton, Barangay Banago around 8 p.m. on Saturday, a Police Station 3 report showed.
