Bacolod City – A man was killed while two others were injured in road crash in Barangay 33.
The 55-year-old Mario Garcia of Murcia, Negros Occidental died of injuries on the body, a police report showed.
Wounded were 33-year-old Alexander Mabilog and 37-year-old Roschel Dela Tore, the report added.
According to police investigators, Mabilog was driving a tricycle with Garcia and Dela Tore as passengers when a van driven by an unidentified person crashed against them around 4 a.m. on Dec. 8.
Mabilog, Garcia and Dela Tore were brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital where the attending physician declared Garcia “dead on arrival.”
Police officers have yet to identify the van driver, who fled after the incident./PN
