BACOLOD City – Two murder suspects were detained in the police station of Manapla, Negros Occidental.
Aldrin Francisco was 21 years old while Ronald Repaso Jr. was 24. They were arrested at around 4 p.m. on Dec. 15 in their respective houses in Barangay Punta Mesa, Manapla.
Judge Dyna Doll Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40, issued the suspects’ warrants of arrest.
No bail bond was recommended for their temporary liberty.
Murder is considered a capital offense in the Philippines and no person charged with a capital offense, or an offense punishable by reclusion perpetua or life imprisonment, shall be admitted to bail ./PN
