ILOILO City – The motorcycle they were riding fell into the canal in Barangay Bucari, Leon, Iloilo.
The 18-year-old Jason Candiolada and 19-year-old Jerson Cabelas sustained injuries on the body, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Candiolada and Cabales were riding a motorcycle driven by 24-year-old Jelson Cabristante when the incident happened around 12:55 a.m. on Monday.
Candiolada and Cabelas were brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district for treatment.
Cabristante was detained in the lockup facility of the Leon municipal police station, facing charges./PN
