ILOILO City – Village watchmen apprehended four persons with a sack of mangoes in Mandurriao district. Suspicious, they took the four to the police station.
According to the watchmen, the mangoes may have been stolen.
The four were all from Barangay Baluarte, Molo district but two of them were minors.
The minors were later turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
Around 2 p.m. on May 5, the watchmen spotted the four helping one another move the sack of mangoes.
The two other suspects were Liger Pijo, 22, and Joenel Enate, 18./PN
