ILOILO City – Who left her there?
Residents of Agsalanan, Dingle, Iloilo were surprised to find a dead infant at an irrigation canal in the barangay yesterday.
According to the police, the locals determined that the baby they discovered around 11 a.m. was female.
Officers at the Dingle police station were still trying to find the person who left the lifeless baby as of this writing.
The dead baby was not yet decomposing. It may have been left at the canal a few hours before it was found, initial investigation showed./PN
