ILOILO City – In Barangay Ortiz, City Proper, a resident charged with “violence against women” has been arrested.

Police served Celso Nazila with a warrant of arrest for alleged violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
