BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a 70-year-old man selling solvent to minors at the Bacolod City public plaza.
Police identified the man as Florencio Villacastin.
Police Station 1 officers were on patrol on Sept. 19 when they caught Villcastin selling to the minors.
Confiscated from Villacastin were several bottles of Rugby.
He was detained at the Police Station 1 lockup facility and may face charges, police said./PN
