ROXAS City – Facing a string of criminal charges, the No. 7 most wanted person in Dumalag, Capiz was caught in Bacolod City.
Jose Elmer “Ramon” Cayanan had been charged with murder, use of unlicensed firearms and attempted murder, said Senior Inspector Sheila Albances, Dumalag police chief.
Joint elements of the Dumalag police station and the Capiz Police Provincial Office served him a warrant of arrest in Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City at around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Presiding Judge Judith Orendain-Tonogbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 20 in Mambusao, Capiz issued the warrant. She recommended no bail bond./PN
