HAIR Fairy-Air Force Jet Spikers will complete the four-team cast that will compete in the two-day Premier Volleyball League on Tour exhibition match in Iloilo and Bacolod cities this month.
Jet Spikers has been tapped to replace the reigning PVL All-Filipino Conference champions Bali Pure Water Defenders.
Water Defenders backed out because most of its players are competing for National University Lady Bulldogs in the ongoing PVL Collegiate Conference.
Lady Bulldogs “are more likely to make it to the Collegiate (Conference) finals so they will not be available,” said event organizer Ruding Villaruz.
The Jasper Jimenez-mentored Jet Spikers include Aklanon Dell Palomata, Judy Anne Caballejo, Joy Cases, Angel Mae Antipuesto, Jocemar Tapic, and Mae Crisostomo.
Mickaela Andres, Mary Ann Balmaceda, May Ann Pantino, Wendy Anne Semana, Gena Andaya, Jozza Mae Cabalza, and Anna Camille Abanto are also in the squad.
Tickets for the double-header PVL on Tour exhibition matches are now available, Villaruz said.
At the Iloilo Sports Complex on Oct. 17, Jet Spikers will face Pocari Sweat Lady Warriors at 4:30 p.m. while Creamline Cool Smashers will fight Perlas-BanKo Lady Spikers at 6:30 p.m.
