ILOILO City – Police were still trying to identify who may have taken interest in several bank documents believed stolen from a house at the Prime Estate Subdivision in Barangay Nabitasan, La Paz district.
Dennis Jereza of Lot 9, Block 13, Prime Estate Subdivision reported to the police on Oct. 24 that the following documents, among others, placed in his bedroom have gone missing:
* bank records (MetroBank and BPI)
* bank statement of payment to prime estate developer, general contractor and subcontractors
* deposit and withdrawal slips
* receipt of payment of lot
The 67-year-old said he found the documents gone at around 7 a.m. on Oct. 10 yet, a police report showed.
He said their eldest sister, the late Merly Jereza De Juan, gave him the documents sometime in 2015, stated the report./PN
