ILOILO City – In Barangay Poblacion, Anini-y, Antique, police arrested yesterday a seafarer accused of “domestic violence.”
The 30-year-old Ronilo Premarion of Barangay Bayo Grande, Anini-y was detained at the municipal police station.
Premarion was charged with violating Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act, a police report showed.
It was not stated what the suspect specifically did.
Police arrested him at 9:05 a.m. The court recommended an P80,000 bail bond./PN
