ILOILO City – A 24-year-old lad from Barangay Agtabo in the component city of Passi was wanted for frustrated murder.

Police arrested Mark Magbanua at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday in Barangay Abaca, San Enrique, Iloilo.

Magbanua was No. 8 in the list of wanted persons in Passi. He was charged with the crime two years ago and hid in San Enrique since, police said.

The suspect was detained at the Passi City police station custodial facility.

The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
