BACOLOD City – Police arrested a 30-year-old man allegedly engaged in an illegal numbers game in Barangay Taculing.
Joseph Locsin, a resident of the same barangay, was hauled to the Police Station 6 custodial facility, a police report showed.
Operatives from the Special Operations Group of the Bacolod City Police Office caught Locsin on Nov. 7.
The following items were seized from him:
* three tipsters codenamed “Victory” and indicating a winning number combination, 348
* an improvised betting stub
* a ball pen
* two tally sheets with number combinations
* P180 cash, believed to be bets./PN
