ILOILO City – An unlicensed firearm was confiscated from a 26-year-old man in Barangay Poblacion, Libacao, Aklan.
Officers arrested Junifer Demas, a resident of Barangay Mali-ao, Tapaz, Capiz, at around 5 p.m. on Saturday, a police report showed.
They seized from Demas a .45 pistol. He did not have pertinent documents proving his legal ownership of the gun.
Demas was detained at the Libacao police station custodial facility./PN
